I just moved to a new flat and I noticed the council dont bleach the floors, like they did for all other flat I have lived in and paid council tax on. Is this normal in the city?

- DELETED Look at civil service or their contractors in the passport office, mod at kentigern house, HMRC. Scot gov are also recruiting regularly. Some of these jobs have lengthy interview processes but the end goal of a secure job with decent pay and conditions awaits. I'm 38 and I'm still applying for jobs mate it fuckin sucks but you need to sort of overhaul how you're looking at things.
