Why not both? I've been to Liverpool and Leeds (and many other cities besides, in and out of Scotland) for work. I actively see more arsehole behaviour in Glasgow than I do elsewhere. It's not that there's no arseholes anywhere else, but the sheer volume that exist in Glasgow is just incredible.
