If they are a direct employee and employed for under 2 years, someone can be sacked for absolutely any reason at all, including no reason, except for specific protected characteristics (eg. sex, gender, disability, race, etc).

If the person in question is a contractor (ie. engaged by the bar and invoices the bar for their services, not directly employed) then the bar is free to just not continue to contract with them, again, for any reason at all or no reason.
