Don't be obtuse. That is quite clearly not just what OP is writing about. They are attempting to write a conversation between two Glaswegian people (the fact that it's in a record store is incidental and isn't actually the focus of the conversation) and trying to make it sound natural and distinctly Glaswegian. Which will be pretty hard if they are entirely unfamiliar with the accent and dialect, don't you think? |
