Body | So, I am a Glasgow Uni student and live pretty close to it in the West End. Because of the current situation I decided give it a break to study/gaming and now I can run for 13 km / 8 miles without issues. However, I would like to train for a half marathon, and in the future maybe for a full one.
So, I am trying to build a running circuit that is a good blend of elevation gain, distance and lungs-friendly (running close to a motorway is no fun). Any suggestions? Where do you usually run?
PS: I tried running in Kelvingrove park more than once, but it gives me a bit of claustrophobia after 30 minutes. |
