Live in a close with foreign neighbours, Polish I think due to rubbish (which I’ll get on to).
Basically, they are nightmares. Regularly blaring music during the day and sometimes night. They never take their own bins out despite signs up in the close asking to do so, and leave rubbish in the bin shelter when their bin is full, resulting in birds sprawling the rubbish everywhere, hence seeing the polish produce. We live in an area prone to rats, so the rubbish is quite a bad thing.
I would go and speak to them myself, however they seem rather aggressive and angry whenever I have seen them before, and there is a few of them - hence I am wary to approach their front door myself.
So far I have thought about posting a note through the door or contacting the councils environmental health about the rubbish and noise. I asked my landlord if he knew their landlord but he unfortunately does not. What would you do? |
