I need to renew my Resident Permit Holders parking permit. I usually just go in to John Street and do it there.
I don't have a printer, so I can't print out their online form and post it to them. I've tried every option on their phone line, and they all end up with the "Did you know you can now go online...." and then cut me off. Is there an email address?
