Title	Guys if we take a step back COVID 19 and Gov phased plan has a silver lining.

Body	Marching season is not happening! Doing some quick back of the hand maths each phase (assuming no hiccups) is reviewed ever 21 days and phase 3 still doesn't allow gatherings. Nothing returns to somewhat normal until phase 4. Meaning roughly: * P1: 28.05.20 - 18.06.20 * P2: 18.06.20 - 09.07.20 * P3: 09.07.20 - 30.07.20 * P4: 30.07.20 - 20.08.20 That's all enjoy your lockdown bank holiday.
