TitleDoes anyone remember or have a picture of the inside of the St Enoch centre before it's refurbishment in the mid-2000s. Trying to explain a certain bit of it to people in my work.

I was talking to people in my work about what the St. Enoch centre used to be like before the big refurbishment in the mid-00s when they extended the shops to the corner with Argyle Street / Buchannon Street.

Am I right in thinking that there used to be an entrance to the centre on Argyle street, like a shop-front that led to a long corridor that eventually led to the food court / lifts area? I think there was a kiosk-type thing in the corridor and maybe like a photo-booth and some kid's rides things?

I vivdly remember this sort of dead-end bit that was always quieter than the rest of the centre, and there was a clothes shop (like a Burton or an Officers Club I think) down there. In fact, was Millies Cookies not originally there?

I can really remember it but for some reason no one in my work (similar ages, but from the North-East end of Glasgow so maybe wasn't down that end of the town as much) seems to remember it and they are all adamant that they would remember an entrance on Argyle street. I can't find any pictures online to back it up and streetview doesn't go back that far :(

I was doing a shite job explaining it, and to be honest I've confused myself. I'm not even sure if what I'm remembering was a thing or not at this stage but it seems too specific to be entirely made up.

Can anyone remember this, or even better, knows of any pictures of it? Any help appreciated.
