I’ve been trying to find out how to get on the waiting list for counselling in Glasgow but all of the online resources are pretty confusing, and most of what I find seems to just be for England. I’ve gathered that you can’t self refer up here, it has to be through your gp, so I was wondering if anyone who’s been through the process can shed some light on it for me.
For context I am 16 and am trying to get help for my girlfriend who is 17 and struggling with a few mental health issues.
