I’ve realised that I really don’t know enough about Scottish history and have no idea where to start!
Can anyone recommend any books/resources that I can use to learn more? I’m not looking to study history, just build my knowledge so something a bit more conversational than academic would be ideal.
I’m more interested in Glasgow history as a specific location, but open to learning anything about Scotland.
