| Body | I just read a post on r/LegalAdviceUK which reminded me of my awful experience with this company. I went to their google reviews to reread what I had posted only to find them all gone and only 5 new, good reviews left.
I remember when I was reading the reviews before I posted my own that there were a LOT of bad reviews, almost all of which were replied to with 'that was under old management, we're the new management so you should remove your review'.
It seems like something they do often - claiming they're under new management to dodge the criticism of old tenants. Just a caution if you're considering using them and see that they have only positive reviews on google! |
