yes it is a bit expensive but 2 things:
1) not entirely sure if the house is worth that amount of money as my friend believes he can offer less because of the price its in and it could be
2) pollokshields is sort of split into 2, i believe, from either side of shields road. That house i believe is west of it hence its in a good area. Its got good shops nearby, but is it multicultural?
3) anything else i can mention to my friend regarding that house or the area that would be nice of you.
