Title	Rubbish collection issues

Body	Anyone have any contacts or email addresses for the sanitation/rubbish collection people at polmadie depot? We moved into a new build flat a few months ago and our rubbish was being picked up fine until 3 weeks ago when it was missed. Since around 100 flats use these bins, you can imagine the amount of rubbish piling up, as we normally get these emptied weekly. The following week it was missed to, so I started using the councils missed bin report page on their website, where after a few days it told me they were aware of the issue and would collect within 7 days. Me and other residents started hounding the council daily to ask why they haven't been picked up and when they will do it. We got told eventually that the access to the court was too narrow and the truck couldn't fit, talk to the builders and GGC would not be emptying them. Long story short, builders contacted the council, who attended on Friday to empty them, however only took the bins and left the rubbish lying around them. Which once I've tidied, means the bins are basically full again. Today was the actual collection day, and again they've missed us, but I think that's maybe due to only having our bins emptied on Friday. Surely they would still check them first? Anyone know who to contact? Short of putting a missed bin report in again? Forgot to add, the council said on Friday that the reason they haven't been collecting them was due to a new driver starting who "was inexperienced" driving the truck. 🙄
