Title	Anybody else see those spotlights in the sky at night time?

Body	Theyre up right now, I can see them from the East End and from the Southside. It usually comes this time of year but I've never figured out what they're for. Used to think it was some sort of Christmas promotional thing for Silverburn but I might be wrong. Any ideas?
