| Body | Hello guys, I am a student at the Uni and I have received a mail that I am supposed to pay the council tax along with my girlfriend (also a student). We have filled the form and received an email that we are supposed to fill again. She immediately asked the council via e-mail, if we are supposed to fill it again or simply let it be. She has not heard back from them (it is a month since she asked them). Last week we have received a mail that we are supposed to pay the council tax along with my girlfriend (also a student). I asked again via their page what is going on but there is no response from them. I tried to call them but nobody is responding due to the coronavirus. What can I do to efficiently contact them since we have to pay it until November? |
