Title	Nicest Cafes for 60th Birthday?

Body	Hi everyone, It's my dad's 60th birthday on the 7th November and I'd like to take him out for a really nice lunch. Am I right in thinking that all restaurants are closed? So, can you recommend a nice cafe that take reservations and would be open to take him to? Thanks!
