Quick question, I have recently just bought a flat in the Glasgow area, and it needs a good bit of DIY. One job I need to do is replace the interior doors and they all look like the original doors (flat was built in 1994).
I noticed that all of the doors have big self closing hinges, causing them to shut automatically.
Are these hinges mandatory? IE does every door in a flat need to have a self closing hinges as a fire safety precaution.
Any help would be appreciated before I phone the housing association on Monday! Have a good weekend folks 👍 |
