Title	What’s the market like for flats in the West End?

Body	Just curious to hear if anyone has a feel for the market in Glasgow particularly in relation to flats in the west end. Is now a good time to sell? Moved overseas a few years ago and have been renting out my flat in the west end. Looking at selling up now - deliberating whether to list it pre- Christmas or wait until spring. I’ve heard there’s a stamp duty holiday until March or something?
