TitleAverage boiler cost in a Tennement?
Authorben_uk
Body
Hey all.

Now the winter's drawing in, Just looking for a bit of advice. Looking around and getting quotes from boiler companies since my boiler is fucked (old, noisy and the front panel is hanging on with duct tape) so I think it's about time to bite the bullet.

I live in a top floor Tennement flat in Paisley.

What's the average non-rip-off price for a decent boiler nowadays? Thinking of splurging out a bit extra to get one of those Wi-Fi thermostats too. Looking online the prices vary wildly from like £1.5k to £2.5k.

Cheers
