So I just managed to get agreement to let a new property in Glasgow. I am doing it through OpenRent so there is no agency involved. On the property ad and verbally we confirmed that a parking space comes with the property.
The landlord sent me through the contract today and there is no mention of parking. I was wondering if that's normal or should I ask to amend the contract to amend it before I sign it?
