I posted here a year or so ago. I'm looking for a mate who was into drugs. A best mate. Lost contact with him to heroin. Trying to reconnect. Love him to bits.

I refused to give out his name for fear of upsetting folk or something but I will have a wedding next year and he is coming.

So I'm begging for help r/Glasgow. Help me find ma best mate.

His name is Jaime malcolm. Went to hyndland secondary. Lived in thornwood Gardens until he was about twelve. Moved to Scotstoun. Wisnae too far from sumerians if you know that takeaway. (no sure if its still about. 2 pizzas for a tenner plus a bag of pakora. Was banging back then but I diverge) he's a few years older than me. Should be about 34/35 nowadays.

Used to hang out with him every weekend. Legs be honest he was a wee ned and I Wisnae. But we were surprisingly best mates regardless and to this day I think about him often and worry about him.

Last I heard he'd went off to Balloch to be with his gf or something. No phone number. Got into hard drugs and we lost contact when I left to study a PhD in China.

I'm worried he might be in jail or some sort of rehab but even if he is I would like to connect with him.

I live in Thailand so bouncing about Glasgow looking for him is an issue and not really possible. . But I will pay for everything to get him out here for my wedding.
