Hi! I'm a male who lives alone. I had nine people in the house next to me one night. E-Mailed the Housing Association. Now the neighbour, every time they are going out, are threatening to "cut me up" and I'm in "big, big trouble". How do I handle this threatening behaviour? I am also disabled.
