Hi there. Has any one got experience of submitting comments on planning permission applications? Got the letter from my council today saying a neighbour is planning to split their garden in two and build another house on to the existing property i.e it'll be a row of 5 terraced houses not 4. It is already a challenge for parking in our cul-de-sac and the plan is for the 1 existing parking space to be extended to 4. The owner of the property doesn't live in it and I'm assuming will just be renting out the new house as he does the current one. The application says it has been agreed in principle so just want an idea if comments/objections will have any impact? |
