I live in the King's Park area if you know the area its cottage flats and my downstairs naighbour has a dog that he let's just shit in the house I suppose. They bag it up and drop it out the back window, not the bin as it's always full as they never put the bin out for bin collection.
His landlord is Apex and he just ignores all complaints my landlord is Arc letting and he also doesn't care as long I'm paying the rent for this hell hole. I've lived here for a year and already via noise until 3am in the morning and banging around all night as I suspect they are using rooms as a stock room for a shop (I myself have to get up at 5am for work). My mental health has deteriorated to the point whare myself is becoming violent and abusive towards people in general.
I don't know what to do any suggestions would be great. Moving out isn't an option as I have no money for a deposit and as it's lockdown season I've changed job 4 times to keep myself afloat.
