| Body | My building has pigeons roosting at the top. It means that my top floor window gets covered in bird shit pretty much immediately after cleaning.
However, right at the close door is covered in bird shit. And I do mean covered. It is disgusting and seems pretty unhygienic.
My landlord doesn’t care. (Unsurprising). The factor doesn’t seem to care either - people come out every week to hoover the close/tidy up outside yet never seem to touch this.
Is this something that I can report to the council? I’ve been doing a bit of Googling and can’t really find an answer. If I didn’t live on the top floor, I’d be tipping our buckets of water full of bleach but I reckon this needs actual power washing. |
