My partner and I live in Suffolk but really, really want to move to Glasgow.
We works at Tesco and I’m a volunteer counsellor, getting my degree in counselling.
We have very low wages as you can imagine, and can save maybe a few grand. We really want to buy if possible...
When looking at places, we’ve found flats going for like 60k!
We never dreamed we could actually own a place but there are places near Glasgow that maybe we could genuinely afford!
I just wanted to ask some advice really...
What areas should we avoid?
We need something relatively inexpensive but not dangerous? We also want to live near to the city.
I know, asking for a lot for a small budget.
