I've been looking to buy (rather than let) a lockup garage in Glasgow for the last 6 months (Anywhere within 20 minutes drive of the city centre) but not sure I'm looking in the right places. Anywhere I've found look like listings that were sold ages ago and I've never seen one on any of the usual property sites.
Anyone have insight about how to go about this? Is it worth phoning estate agents and giving them my details if one comes onto the market (is this a waste of time)? What about alerts - any tips on the best sites to sign up for these? Anyone had any success sticking flyers through (garage) doors? |
