My S.O. is Swedish and we will be unable to travel to Sweden this year and enjoy the usual Christmas spread, so I was hoping to recreate it here. I’m struggling to find the correct sprat fillets (ansjovis) to make Jansson’s Temptation - the usual ones come in a pink tin with yellow letters. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Or perhaps someone knows of a suitable substitution. (They don’t appear in stock online at Glasgow’s IKEA though I have not yet investigated in person.)
