Body	Hi, I know there has been a load of posts about these flats in the past so apologies for this.. I'm looking at buying a flat in 240 and have been through almost all the old posts about the condition and the issues the place has had. I know that things have apparently got much better in the last few years. The most posts I could see are from 2018ish saying that things have got much better and the place is actually totally fine now. I was just hoping if anyone is in these or has been more recently if they could give some info as to how its doing and whether or not I should completely avoid buying here. Thanks!
