Can anyone point me in the direction of some local charities set on helping people with heating/winter living expenses?
All I can think is that I am currently sat in my freezing flat because I'm trying to save on heating costs. And I'm lucky I can do this because I have adequate clothes and no dependants. Feel so sorry for families who struggle to pay bills anyway and will now be trapped at home with small children, and no way to pay for the additional heating they'll require.
And if no one knows of any, anyone want to try and start a community pot or something? |
