| Body | My partner and I are looking at the Coatsbrae Development (new builds by Keepmoat homes) in Ferguslie Park. We are looking to upgrade from our cottage flat to a detached house, and without moving too far away from my family.
I have a friend who willingly bought a house and lives in Ferguslie Park and she says she has had no bother, though I keep seeing conflicting opinions online, and I've grown up knowing Ferguslie Park as one of the roughest areas in Paisley. This will likely be our house for a very long time so I need to make the right decision!
