Title	Looking for advice on an area of Cathcart

Body	Hiya, I'm looking at a flat to rent in Cathcart, but it's right beside the SPX factory. I was wondering if anyone lived in this area/knows anything about the factory? The flat I'm looking at is near the back (right at the end of Holmhead Crescent) and I can't tell if it's going to be crazy loud or smelly or anything. Thanks in advance :)
