Body	New year new me chat. Looking to change factors. South side tenement flat. Yes, I know they’re mostly shit so helpful input only would be appreciated. Currently with H&P. We pay about 250 a quarter. I have looked into 91BC; Ann Gordon; D&I; and a few councils, who aren’t taking anyone on. Just looking for any advice or recommendations.
