Title	Hairdresser recommendations for post-lockdown?

Body	Long story short..my hair is in a sorry state atm and I plan on getting it fixed as soon as possible (too long, and failed attempts at trying to get out black box dye from my naturally blonde hair!!) My budget isn't huge, but I'm obviously willing to pay more if you guys know someone who can fix my mess lol :)
