| Body | I've got a viewing for a 2 bedroom flat lined up tomorrow in the Plantation part of Glasgow. The flat and the area both look really nice.
I then looked up some reviews of the letting agent, Portico Direct, [on allagents](https://www.allagents.co.uk/portico/). the average rating is very good, even if you only look at tenants' reviews.
But - the only reviews that other people have marked as 'helpful' and the only ones that are featured are mostly one-star reviews saying that they treat tenants awfully. Is it possible that all the other good reviews might be plants somehow?
So what am I supposed to make of this? And if it really is that bad, is it worth going for a flat if everything else about it is good and it's just the letting agent that's shitty? |
