| Body | Just wondering what folks opinions are about what's gonna happen when lockdown restrictions start easing. Are there gonna be more flats getting advertised? I'm a first time buyer and I reckon more folk like me are gonna be looking since the first home fund starts then too. I've been looking in a few parts of the city and for what I'm looking at, a 2 bedroom in a tenement, the demand for them seems to be mad regardless of where it is so I'm worried that it's gonna get even worse and I'll be totally priced out. |
