Title	How much does it cost to repair roof for tenement and how does it work?

Body	I have recently a flat in a tenement and am wondering how roofing work. 1.We have a factor but what if other people in the block vote against the roof repair/ can’t afford it? 2.Do we all have to pay the same share? 3.How much does it costs to reroof in the worst case scenario.(Trying to get a sense of how much to save) Many thanks in advance.
