Title	NHS Trainee Healthcare Scientist job application tips/suggestions ?

Body	Hiya ! So I want to apply to the position of Trainee Healthcare Scientist (Genomics and Molecular Pathology) at NHS Scotland (Band 6). This is a Healthcare Science job in the Laboratory Genetics department based at QUEH. I have applied to a couple of similar positions in the past and not succeeded. So I was wondering if anyone, would be able to give me some advice which would help me make a better/stronger applications ? Any tips/suggestions would really be helpful X
