Looking to hear about experiences buying a flat above a takeaway. I’m currently trying to get a mortgage for a property but had 3 lenders who agreed in principle decline lending, a forth has come back and said they will do it but only if I can double my deposit.
Mortgage adviser is having another look at things but it seems like very few lenders, poor rates and higher deposit
Worried about remortgaging and resale - but i know loads fo people must be above commercial property, takeaways and bars? |
