I have a question about Royal Mail, and I post it here because there is no clear information about it. I sent out a International Tracked and Signed package to Greece and it was returned to the UK. It was updated last week with the comment "**Item has left the overseas International Processing Centre at** Heathrow Worldwide DC". I dropped it off at a Post Office and they explained that they only forward the mail to Royal Mail, I have to contact RM to try and recover it. I really don't understand how to do this though, the phone 0345 774 0740 doesn't really have this type of option. Is anyone familiar with this situation and how to contact them successfully? Do I just go to the sorting office directly?
