| Body | Hi, so I'm planning on possibly moving to Glasgow in September and just wanted to get an idea how friendly (obviously generally) the city is to LGBT people. I live in England but half my family are Scottish (from the Isle of Skye) and want to move to a Scottish city, so currently I'm tossing up between Glasgow and Edinburgh lol.
I'm not expecting the city to make a huge deal about LGBT people and personally like to keep myself to myself when it comes to my identity and sexuality, but I guess what I wanna really ask is what is the percentage of homophobic cunts in Glasgow and is there a decent LGBT scene where I can meet likeminded people? Not bothered about the odd cunt making stupid comments (currently live in Manchester and there are plenty here, despite the MSM calling it "gay friendly"). I find Manchester a shite-hole, not because it's rough but because there are so many dickheads about, I've read that Glaswegians are friendly people? |
