Body | Got a letter addressed to the person who used to live at my address. Can't tell what it is but it doesn't look like junk mail. Whenever this has happened before, I've just written "not at this address, please return to sender" and popped it in a postbox. This letter doesn't have a sender's address though so I can't RTS, and I don't have a forwarding address for the previous occupant.
I know opening someone else's post is a crime unless I have a reasonable excuse. Is this one?
If I write "not at this address" and put it in a postbox, do Royal Mail open it and take it from there? |
