| Body | Hey all. We moved into an apartment at the start of the month and all going well. However, due to the lovely weather we decided to stick our clothes rack on the balcony for prime drying! We received a note under our door from our neighbour saying we aren't allowed do this as stated on the deed of conditions. We never received anything like this moving in. Should we have? Should we contact the letting agency about it? We only have the lease which is a generic document and says nothing specific about the area. |
