Anyone else ever had this problem?

I'm trying to change over my Council Tax details to my new address, but the shitey website can't find it. It can find every other flat within the property, but not mines for some reason.

Tried to phone the Council, but no joy. Sent them an email a few days ago and no reply as of yet.
