So I'm looking to buy a two-bedroom tenement between 120,000 and 150,000, and I'm thinking Shawlands or maybe Dennistoun. I've got my deposit together and that but I'm not sure how much above asking price gaffs are going for. Does anyone with expertise have any idea how much extra these kinds of flats are going for?
