Hey r/glasgow hivemind! I'm starting to look for houses near-ish to Glasgow (Milngavie/Lenzie/Strathblane/Helensburgh/etc.). Our estate agent and solicitor have both given advice on what stuff is selling for over home report value... but they're not exactly impartial players. Can anyone share some stats on recent purchases? Mainly, area, number of notes of interest/bids, and percentage over home report.
