| Body | I know it’s all over Scotland but I’m in a rented flat just now which isn’t working out and I need out of here ASAP. I’m short on money and if I was to get a new flat, I would need the deposit from my current place to put into a new one but I’m not sure how it works. I know my deposit is in the above scheme but is it a case of just transferring the deposit to a new flat? It is something the letting agents can work out between themselves? I have a lot of personal stuff going on at the moment and I can’t be in my flat any longer but just don’t have the spare cash for a £1000 deposit (deposit for current place was £1750)
Could anyone give me advice on this? Can’t find anything online. |
