| Body | My cousin in Bristol is supposed to undergo an operation next week, and she will need my help with recovery. I had booked tickets to get to her next week, but now that Glasgow is staying in level 3 I’m not sure if I’m able to do that? Will I be able to travel outside the city and to England to aid a relative, or is this not considered essential? Do I need papers to prove anything at the airport?
