| Body | Hello all, I'm looking for a bit of advice. My boyfriend has just bought a flat and I'm planning to move into it, but I have a one bedroom flat that I'm not planning on selling right away (though I will eventually, provided the bf and I can stand living together...). I'm not a huge fan of the idea but it's looking like renting my flat out is the best option, so I was wondering if anyone could recommend a company who would manage it that are particularly easy to deal with and focused on giving the tenants a great service? I'm wanting to be pretty hands-off and basically treat it as if I've moved abroad. There have been posts like this before but most of the companies suggested seemed to mostly focus on the west end and south side, and my flat is in Parkhead so would be looking for a company that covers the east end. Any help would be much appreciated! |
